Decorating the Easter Tree

With Easter just around the corner, Kate helped me decorate our Easter Egg tree the other night. It's so much fun now that she's at the age where she can help out with decorating for the holidays.

Happy St. Patty's Day!

Kate came home from school all decked out from St. Patrick's Day. We are now at the age that when I ask her to look at the camera, smile and say "cheese", all I get are teeth, gums, and a fake smile! See picture below. :)

Enjoying the Arts

A few weeks ago, when we had our first spring weekend, (yes, I know I'm way behind on my blogging!) we had an "art day" outside on the patio. It was so nice to keep the door open all day and just let her run in and out of the house. I don't think she ever changed out of her pj's on this day.

As part of Kate's potty training, I was not above bribing my child into going to the bathroom on the potty. As part of her reward, we made a cake and watched a new Minnie Mouse DVD. She greatly enjoyed helping make the cake and took part in licking the batter. YUM!
