Happy Father's Day

...more like Father's Weekend! To kick off Father's Weekend at our house, Sam went to breakfast at Kate's school for "Doughnuts with Dad" on Friday. On Saturday, Sam left at the crack of dawn for a mere 36 holes of golf with some friends at Farmlinks. Finally on Sunday, we did a little more celebrating with a Father's Day lunch and gift. Happy Father's Day!

Kate and Sam leaving for Doughnuts with Dad - Kate had water play at school that day, hence the bathing suit.

Kate wanted to make sure "baby" was in the picture.

Happy Birthday Sam!

Say Cheese!

When we were in Moulton, Gran had an old disposable camera that she gave to Kate. Since then, Kate walks around constantly telling everyone , including the dog Mattie, to say,"Cheese" and informs them she's taking their picture. After she takes the picture, she proudly announces, "That's a good one!"

Meeting Baby Lydia

We headed up to Moulton two weeks ago for a quick trip to meet baby Lydia. She's so sweet and tiny. Kate thought she was her very own little baby doll.

Batter Up!

Kate work so hard at trying to hit the ball. Maybe one of these days we'll get her a t-ball stand instead of pitching it to her.

Happy Birthday Daniel!

Happy Birthday Daniel! I can't believe that seven years ago, Sam and I were just getting back from our honeymoon when we got the call to head up to the hospital. Where has the time gone?

Memorial Weekend - Part Two

Just a few more pics of our fun in the sun!

Catching fish (and seaweed) with Daniel.

Memorial Weekend at the Beach

We had a another fun Memorial Weekend at Gran & Papa's beach house. We had lots of fun at the beach and Kate was fearless at the pool. It won't be long until she can hold her own swimming with Daniel & Laura Ann. My pictures are a little out of order, but it's late and I'm a month & a half behind on blogging.

Now this is the life!

Posing before our favorite dinner at Tin Top.

A little coloring before breakfast.

The old crane that guards the pier (and at times will run you off of it!)

Party At The Zoo

Kate's friend, Wyatt, had his 3rd birthday party at the zoo. Aside from the freezing cold weather in May, we had a blast. She LOVED petting the animals (snakes, ferrets, and chinchillas), riding the carousel & train, but the highlight was the camel ride. What a fun party!
